Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
